PRINCETON, N.J. - On senior day at DeNunzio Pool, the Princeton men's swimming team defeated Navy by the score of 186.5-112.5, giving head coach Rob Orr his 59th consecutive win at DeNunzio Pool. Princeton won 12 of the 16 events.
Princeton got wins from Kevin volz in the 1650 freestyle, Nathan Rebuck in the 200 free and the 100 free, Andrew Chadeayne in the 100 back and the 200 back, Jeff Peterson in the 200 fly, Paul Cremer in the 500 free, and Matt Harrigan in the 400 IM.
Andy Shyong swept the the one-meter and the two-meter diving. Princeton also got wins from the 200 medley relay team of Chadeayne, Dan Russell, Jesse Gage and Jamie Holder and the 800 freestyle relay team of Peterson, Wales, Gage and Volz.
Princeton ends the regular season with a 10-1 record and will next compete in the Eastern Championships which will be held at DeNunzio Pool on March 2-5.
