The Princeton women's squash team defeated Trinity 7-2 Wednesday evening in its regular-season finale.

The Tigers will play this weekend at Yale in the Howe Cup, which determined the national champion. Princeton has won the event the last two years.

Princeton and Trinity came into the match with one loss each, both to top-ranked Penn. The teams could be headed to a semifinal rematch at the Howe Cup.

Julia Beaver, Meredith Quick, Blair Irwin and Liz Kelly won at 1-2-3-4 to lead the Tigers. Courtenay Green, Jen Shingleton and Rebecca Gutner won at 7-8-9.

Princeton finished its regular season at 9-1.
