Women's Basketball Remains Winless

PRINCETON, N.J. - Princeton women's basketball took another tough loss on Friday night in Jadwin Gym at the hands of Navy, 67-45.
Princeton held an 18-16 advantage with 5:30 left in the first half, but Navy closed the half on an 11-0 run to take a 27-18 lead into the locker room. Navy's Courtney Davidson led all players with 11 first-half points.
Navy continued to overpower Princeton with it's offense in the second half as it led the Tigers 35-30 with 14:40 remaining, and went on to score 23 of the games' next 26 points to take a 58-33 lead with 6:50 on the clock.
Princeton was led by senior Jessica Munson, who scored 12 points. Munson also pulled down five rebounds, dished out three assists and registered two steals and two turnovers in 35 minutes.
Princeton falls to 0-11 on the season and will face Rider on the road, Monday, Dec. 8. Navy improves to 5-8. The five victories by Navy this season match the total wins earned for all of last season.
