Pharris Named CWPA Southern Division MVP; Nicolao Named Coach Of The Year

PRINCETON, N.J. - Jon Pharris (Sr., Newport Beach, Calif.) capped a tremendous season by earning Collegiate Water Polo Association Southern Division Most Valuable Player Honors. Three other Tigers also earned postseason honors. In addition, head coach Luis Nicolao was named the CWPA Coach of the Year after leading the Princeton men's water polo team to a 18-7 record.
Pharris also received first-team Southern Division honors. Kevin Foster (Jr., Davis, CA) and Robert Urquhart (Jr., Ann Arbor, MI) were also named to the first-team. Marhsall Roslyn (Sr., Philadelphia, PA) earned second-team All-Southern honors.
Foster was named to the first-team All-East and Urquhart earned second-team All-East honors.
