CONWAY, S.C. - Princeton (3-6) lost the last game of a five game series with Coastal Carolina (15-10) 8-4 on Monday afternoon. The Tigers went 2-3 for in the series.
Jon Watterson had three straight base hits in the game going 3-for-4 with one RBI. Andrew Hanson had two hits in five at bats and one run scored.
Princeton starter Brian Biegen gave up four runs on three hits in the first inning. The freshman (0-2) gave up six hits overall and struck out one over 3.1 innings pitched for the loss.
The Tigers will play a two-game series at UNC-Wilmington on March 20 and 21. Both games begin at 7:00 p.m.
