Session One: Lecture: the swing, grip, stance, weight shift, pivot, extension, head position and follow through
Session Two: Drills: the swing progression - tees, tosses, pepper, nine stations with a coach at each station
Session Three: Live Hitting: full swings analyzed...seven stations with a coach at each station
Session Four: The Short Game: sacrifice bunt, slaps, bunt-for-hit, suicide squeeze
