Box Score
Princeton, N.J. - Senior goalkeeper Jason White earned his 25th career shutout, extending his school record career shutout mark as Princeton battled Ivy foe Pennsylvania to a scoreless tie at Lourie-Love Field on Saturday night.
White returned from an injury he suffered back on Sept. 28 vs. Dartmouth and picked up his second shutout of the season. He registered three saves, blanking the Quakers in 110 minutes of action.
Princeton finished with more shots, more corner kicks and less fouls than Penn. Six of the Tigers' seven shots were on goal, including two shots-on-goal from sophomore Adrian Melville.
The Tigers picked up their fifth tie of the season, moving to 3-8-5 overall and 1-3-2 in the Ivy League. The Quakers clinch at least as share of the Ivy title with the tie. They are now 10-2-1 overall and 5-0-1 in conference play.
Five ties equals a school record, which Princeton set last season when it went 10-3-5 en route to an Ivy title. Princeton wraps up the regular season at Yale next Saturday, Nov. 16 at 4 p.m.
