CAMBRIDGE, MA - Ben Shaye (Sr., New York, NY) and Andrew Avsec (So., Austinburg, OH) each won by tech fall as the Princeton men's wrestling team improved to 4-14 with a 43-12 win over Boston College on Saturday afternoon at Conte Forum.
The Tigers won four out of 10 matches, including the first three, due to an Eagles forfeit. Shaye earned a 20-4 win at 5:25 over Marty Black at 165 lbs. Avsec followed that with an 18-2 win over Ben Slaughter in 5:32 at 174 lbs. Alan Sista (Jersey City, NJ) closed out the match with a 3-2 win at 197 lbs.
Princeton is now 4-14. The Tigers host Central Michigan on Friday, Feb. 15 at 7 p.m. in Dillon Gymnasium.
