April 10, 2003
The Princeton baseball team will have an even longer road trip than originally scheduled this weekend.
Princeton and its Ivy League travel partner Cornell were supposed to play at Harvard and Dartmouth this weekend. Due to poor field conditions at Dartmouth, however, the schedule has been revised to move the two Dartmouth doubleheaders to Cornell.
The revised schedule has Princeton at Harvard and Dartmouth at Cornell Saturday, followed by Princeton vs. Dartmouth at Cornell and Cornell at Harvard Sunday. Dartmouth will still be considered the home team both days.
The current Ivy League baseball standings have Penn (6-2) and Princeton (3-1) basically tied in the Gehrig Division, with Cornell (2-2) and Columbia (4-4) not far behind. The Rolfe Division standings have Harvard and Brown at 2-2, Yale at 1-3 and Dartmouth at 0-4. Columbia and Penn are at Brown and Yale this weekend as well.
