Second Annual Princeton Women's Football Clinic Coming June 1st

PRINCETON, N.J. - The Princeton football staff invites the women of the surrounding community to learn more about the game of football in a hands-on teaching environment. The second annual Princeton football women's clinic will be held Sunday, June 1st from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Princeton Stadium. Tiger coaches will run the session, which will consist of strategy meetings, practice, drills and a flag football game in the stadium. Proceeds from the event will benefit CINJ, the first and only National Cancer Institute designated Comprehensive Cancer Center in New Jersey.

The day will begin with registration at 1 p.m., followed by a program introduction and team meeting at 1:30. From 2 p.m. until 2:45, there will be sessions on game strategy, as well as position meetings. From that point, the women will participate in drills and practice, ranging from offense, defense and special teams, until 3:30. At that point, it's time to show off what they've learned in a flag football game at Princeton Stadium, home of the Princeton Tiger football team. There will be closing remarks and a group picture at 4 p.m.

Please include a $30 check, payable to: The Cancer Institute of New Jersey - Breast Cancer Division, as well as your t-shirt size (small, medium, large, extra-large).
