Men's Golf Takes 12th At Navy

Annapolis, Md. - Greg Johnson followed his first round score of 70 with a 79 and placed 22nd among all individuals at the Navy Spring Invitational over the weekend. The Tigers shot a two-day total of 617 and finished 12th as a team at the tournament.
Jason Gerken scored a 152 and Cassidy Traub scored a 155 for Princeton. The Tigers rounded out individual play with John Locke (161) and Nat Hoopes (166) placing the field's top-100. Twenty-three teams participated and host Navy came out on top with a team score of 581.
Brian Crum of Navy took medallist honors with rounds of 70 and 69 and teammate Billy Hurley shot the low round of the tournament with his second-round score of 67.
The Tigers host the Princeton Invitational next weekend at Springdale Gold Club. The tournament is slated for Saturday-Sunday, April 12-13.
