Men's Water Polo Team Crushes Bucknell

PRINCETON, N.J. - Dan McKenna scored six goals to lead the men's water polo team to a 17-6 rout of Bucknell at Navy. The Tigers led 5-2 after the first period and never let up as they captured their seventh straight win and improved to a perfect 7-0 this year.
Dan McKenna and brother Mike combined for three goals in the first quarter and were helped by freshmen Kyle Morgan and Reid Joseph who each added a goal. Jamal Motlagh scored twice in the second quarter to give Princeton a 7-3 lead at the half.
The Tigers came out just as strong in the second half as Dan McKenna scored four goals and Nicolas Seaver and Morgan each had one. In the fourth, Chris Kelsch had two while Mike McKenna and Morgan added one apiece.
Kelsch, whose steal in yesterday's game set up the winning goal against Navy, finished today's game with four steals. Gant Morgner played the entire game in goal for the Tigers.
Princeton (7-0) next travels to Brown for the ECAC Championships on Sept. 27-28.
