Lewisburg, Pa. - The Princeton women's water polo team defeated George Washington 8-4 Sunday afternoon to improve to 7-1 on the season. Carolina Ardila led the Tigers with three goals as Princeton outscored GW 2-1 in all four quarters.
Ardila scored three goals for the Tigers and was joined on the Princeton scoreboard by Samantha Shaughnessy, Jazmin Brown, Elyse Colgan, Jessica Harkins and Danielle Carlson.
Princeton completed the weekend 3-1 at the Bucknell Invitational. The Tigers take their 7-1 record to the Santa Barabara Invitational next weekend at UC Santa Barbara.
