No. 13 Women's Water Polo Drops Saint Francis, 18-10

ANN ARBOR – The No. 13 Princeton Women's Water Polo Team easily disposed the Saint Francis Red Flash, 18-10, at Canham Natatorium on Friday evening.
After the Red Flash evened the score at 1-all, the Tigers ripped four consecutive tallies and took a 5-2 lead into the second quarter. Head coach Derek Ellingson's group used a 5-0 sprint to get to double digits before settling with a 10-3 halftime advantage.
Saint Francis posted the first tally of the second half, but the Tigers ended any potential threat with five straight to go up, 15-4. Princeton cruised the rest of the way.
Shanna Davidson and Charlotte Riches led the way with four goals while Ava Houlahan added a hat trick to pace the offense. The Tigers will take on the winner of No. 2 seeded Michigan and No. 6 seeded Mercyhurst Saturday at 3 p.m.
