Women's Fencing Wins Gold In The Foil

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Junior Jacqueline Leahy of the women's fencing team won a gold medal in the foil at the IFA Championship, as Princeton took home a fifth-place overall performance on Saturday.
Junior Caroline Block was the lone sabre bouter and finished 12th, giving the team seventh-place in the weapon.
The team of sophomore Erin McGarry and junior Kira Hohensee recorded a first-place finish in the epee. McGarry tallied a fifth-place performance, while Hohensee placed 12th.
Princeton will travel to Durham, N.C. on Saturday, March 5 and Sunday, March 6 for the NCAA Regionals.
