Dartmouth took a six-point lead, 44-38 after a three by Angie Soriaga. Two free throws later Soriaga extended the lead to 50-42 with 9:56 to play. O'Brien nailed another shot from downtown to cut the lead to five, 50-42 with 9:33 left.
