Westover, Md. - The Princeton men's golf team finished fourth in the 19-team Drew Upton Classic hosted by Towson at the Great Hope Golf Course in Westover, Md. Brent Herlihy was Princeton's top finisher in third place.
Princeton finished fourth as a team with rounds of 305 and 304. The 609 total was 14 stroke behind first-place Loyola. Princeton was seven strokes off of second-place Towson and three behind Liberty. Drexel placed fifth in the field of 19.
Herlihy was Princeton's top finisher, as he placed tied for third with rounds of 73 and 65 got a 148. That was four strokes off of the first-pace finisher, T.J. Shuart of Loyola. Jason Gerken tied for 10th with a two-round 150 (78-72).
John Sawin came next in 19th with a 152 (74-78). Then came Jesse Dixon's 159 (80-79), which tied for 56th. Creighton Page finished 75th (84-79-163).
