Men's Water Continues Hot Start, Downs Fordham 10-4

Princeton, N.J. - Four Tigers chipped in two goals apiece as the 10th-ranked Princeton men's water polo team raced past Fordham 10-4 Saturday evening at DeNunzio Pool. The win pushed Princeton to 3-0 at the season-opening Princeton Invitational and the Tigers have two more games schedule for Sunday against George Washington and No. 7 UC San Diego.
Princeton scored the game's first goal and never looked back as the Tigers reached double digits for the third time this season. Junior Chris Kelsch, senior Mike McKenna, senior Dean Riskas and freshman Eric Vreeland all scored two goals in the game. Freshman Brendan Colgan and junior Reid Joseph scored the other goals.
Sophomore Scott Syverson and senior T.J. Edwards split the game in goal. Syverson played the opening half allowing two goals and making two saves, while Edwards made a save and allowed two goals in the second half.
Princeton opens tomorrow's schedule with a 9 a.m. game against George Washington and faces UC San Diego at 1 p.m.
