Men's Golf 12th Midway Through ODU Seascape Invitational

KITTY HAWK, N.C. -- Rookie Evan Harmeling leads the Princeton contingent with a 1-over 71 and one round to play at the Seascape Invitational hosted by Old Dominion at the Sea Scape Golf Links in Kitty Hawk, N.C.
Harmeling is 11th on an individual leaderboard that is paced by a trio of players, Wofford's Neil O'Briain, Elon's Jimmy Lytle and Richmond's Jordan Utley, at 3-under. As a team, Princeton is in 12th at +21 as Wofford leads at +3. Hartford (+4), Richmond (+5), Elon (+11), Campbell (+12), Old Dominion (+12), Winthrop (+13), George Washington (+18), South Carolina-Upstate (+18), Liberty (+20) and Binghamton (+20) are the other teams in front of the Tigers, while Radford, St. Bonaventure, Davidson, Drexel, Saint Joseph's, James Madison, George Mason, Samford and Delaware round out the field.
Andrew Maliniak is just one shot behind Harmeling in a tie for 17th place at +2 after a first-round 72, while Max Schechter is tied for 59th with his 7-over 77, Juan Pablo Candela is tied for 88th at +11 and Jake Skinner is tied for 97th at +13.
The tournament will conclude Tuesday.
