Tiger Women's Tennis Wins at Dartmouth, 6-1

Princeton dominated the singles matches in a 6-1 Ivy League women's tennis victory over Dartmouth Friday, winning three sets by 6-0 scores and five singles matches overall in straight sets.
After Dartmouth won the doubles point, the Tigers (10-7, 2-2 Ivy) took control in singles. Melissa Saiontz lost just two games in a win over Megan Zebroski at No. 1, including a 6-0 win in the second set, while Blakely Ashley lost just three games overall and won the second set 6-0 in a win over Carley Markovitz at No. 5. At No. 3, senior Darcy Robertson won the opening set 6-0 on the way to a big win over Jesse Adler.
Ivana King continued her outstanding year at No. 2 singles with a 6-2, 6-1 win over Kerry Snow to help Princeton clinch the match.
Robertson joined Sarah Huah to earn Princeton's doubles win, an 8-2 victory at the No. 2 spot. Dartmouth took the doubles point when Zebroski and Natalie O'Rourke outlasted King and Saiontz by a 9-7 score at No. 1.
Joanna Roth also won in straight sets for Princeton at No. 6 singles.
The Tigers play at Harvard Saturday afternoon.
