Yergler, Malcolm Win Silver on Final Day at Penn State

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Princeton wrapped up its competition at the Garret Open fencing event at Penn State Sunday with two freshmen winning silver medals.
Rookies Jonathan Yergler (epee) and Robert Malcolm (foil) followed up on strong freshman performances by Princeton's women Saturday against some of the top programs nationally.
Fencers from Ohio State, Notre Dame, Yale, Penn State, Harvard, Cornell, George Mason, North Carolina, Duke and Drew joined Princeton at the individually scored event.

Princeton will head to Harvard for a series of dual meets next weekend.
