WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. (3/30/09) ? Two Princeton women's track & field athletes competed at the Monmouth Invitational at Kessler Field on Saturday, March 28.
Sophomore Emma Ruggiero took second in the hammer throw with a throw of 50.40 meters. An assistant coach for the Princeton men's team Kristina Mueller won the event, as an unattached athlete.
Freshman Alyssa Pehmoeller captured sixth place, throwing to 41.07 meters.
The Tigers host the Sam Howell Invitational this weekend April 3-4.
