Ross Ohlendorf Featured In Current Issue Of Sports Illustrated

Princeton alum Ross Ohlendorf has been pretty busy since the end of last baseball season. Ohlendorf, who won 11 games for the Pittsburgh Pirates and finished the season with some of his best starts, has spent this winter first as a Washington, D.C., intern and then working with cattle on his family's Texas ranch.
Sports Illustrated caught up with Ohlendorf, who has gotten considerable publicity during his Major League days because of his Princeton background, the topic of his thesis, his approach to pitching and his off-field demeanor. The SI article covers all of these subjects, whlie also talking about Ohlendorf's on-field potential as the Pirates try to turn the corner towards a winning season.
