Men's Swimming/Diving Goes For Ivy Sweep Friday Against Columbia
February 11, 2010 | Men's Swimming and Diving
The Princeton men's swimming and diving team will honor its senior class and look to complete a perfect regular season when it takes on Columbia Friday at 7 p.m. at DeNunzio Pool.

The reigning Ivy League champion Princeton Tigers are 6-0 this season, with all six wins coming in the Ivy League. With last weekend's meet against Navy cancelled because of a winter storm, the Tigers are two weeks removed from their last competition, an impressive sweep of Harvard and Yale at DeNunzio Pool.
Princeton has gotten strong performances from members of each class, including its seven-member senior class. Leading that class is Daniel Dickerson, the reigning Ivy League Championships Diver of the Meet, who picked up a victory at HYP. Columbia is 4-5 on the season and has lost three straight meets, including close losses to both Cornell and Navy.
This will be Princeton's last regular season meet, although it won't be the final time the Tigers compete in DeNunzio Pool. Princeton will host the 2010 Ivy League Championships during the first weekend in March and will look to match last year's performance, when the Tigers won the league crown inside DeNunzio Pool.
