Senior Coxswain Ariel Frost Discusses NCAAs In Latest TigerCast

Senior co-captain and coxswain Ariel Frost of the second-ranked Princeton open crew joins the latest TigerCast to discuss the upcoming NCAA Championships, held May 28-30 at the Sacramento State Aquatic Center in Gold River, Calif.
Frost, an All-Region selection and longtime coxswain for the Princeton varsity eight, led Princeton to a 12-0 regular season and a silver medal at the 2010 EAWRC Championships. Along with co-captain Sara Hendershot, Frost will be going for the biggest prize in the sport, as the deep and talented Tiger crew takes on the best in the nation in the NCAA championship meet. She talks about the process of getting to this point, her familarity with the course and her hopes for the weekend.
