May 19, 2026 | Women's Rowing - Open
PRINCETON – The Princeton Women's Open Rowing Team found out its national seeds during the NCAA Selection Show today.
Princeton's first varsity comes in as the No. 4 seed, trailing only Tennessee, Texas and Stanford. The Tigers' second varsity was selected as the No. 4 seed behind Stanford, Texas and Virginia. The Varsity Four is the No. 11 seed.
The Tigers already knew they were in the NCAA field after the 1V's victory at the Ivy League Rowing Championships gave them a 44-43 advantage for the Sally P. Shoemaker Trophy and the conferences' NCAA AQ. It's also the 11th time that the first varsity has won Ivy gold in the last 12 regattas.
The NCAA Rowing Championships will take place at the Lake Lanier Olympic Park in Gainesville, Georgia from May 29th-31st.
