No. 6 Princeton Women's Open Rowing Has Impressive Day vs. No. 16 Ohio State and No. 17 Michigan

BELLEVILLE – The No. 6 Princeton Women's Open Rowing Team had an impressive day on Belleville Lake on Saturday.

Morning Session
The Tigers' 1V began the action with an 8.5-second victory (6:17.1) over Michigan (6:25.6) while the 2V followed with an 11.8-second decision (6:21.3).

Michigan (7:10.4) got its first victory over Princeton (7:10.8) in the varsity four in a photo finish. The second varsity four nabbed a 5.2-second win (7:09.3) while the 3V finished up the morning with a 6:37.3 while Michigan crossed the line at 6:44.2.

Afternoon Session
Head coach Lori Dauphiny's 1V rowed to a 6:16.7, 6.7 seconds ahead of Ohio State (6:23.4). The 2V also nabbed a win, going through at 6:23.2, 17.9 seconds up on the Buckeyes (6:41.1).

The varsity four got on the board with a 7:14.9, over nine seconds ahead of Ohio State. The second varsity four paced a 7:18.09, seven seconds up. The Tigers' 3V finished the racing with 4.1-second victory (6:50.5).

Princeton finishes the regular season on Lake Carnegie next Saturday vs. UCF and Penn.
