Women's Basketball to Face Georgetown in the NCAA Tournament

PRINCETON, N.J. (3/14/11) - The Princeton women's
basketball team has been chosen as a No. 12 seed in the 2011 NCAA Tournament
and will face No. 5 seed Georgetown in College Park, Md.,
in the first round. The teams will tip off on Sunday, March 20 at 2:30 p.m.,
on one of ESPN's family of stations (ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPN3).
Princeton is 24-4 overall and earned the Ivy League automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament for the second straight season. This is Princeton's second trip to the NCAA Tournament in program history. The Tigers fell to St. John's, a No. 9 seed last season in the first round in Tallahassee.
To apply for credentials to the 2011 College Park Regional, please log on to ncaa.com/media. Credential applications will be received through Sport Systems. The credential process is open from Monday, March 14 at 8:30 p.m., until Tuesday, March 15 at 5 p.m.

The winner will move on to the second round and face the winner of the No. 4 Maryland /No. 13 St. Francis matchup. That game is slated for Tuesday, March 22 at 7 p.m.
All session tickets are $30 for reserved adults, $24 for reserved youth (3-17) and seniors (62+). General admission tickets are also available for $24 for adults and $18 for youth/seniors. Single session ticket prices are as follows: Adult reserved $18, youth/sr. reserved $14, adult general admission $16, youth/sr. general admission $12.
