Princeton sophomore Matija Pecotic was named the GoPrincetonTigers.com Athlete of the Week, presented by CoachUSA, for winning both of his matches on the top singles court against Dartmouth and Harvard and keeping the Tigers undefeated in Ivy League play.
The Tigers needed both wins, as Princeton took each match 4-3 at the Lenz Tennis Center. Princeton is 5-0 in league play for the first time since 1992 and will host Columbia Friday before visiting Cornell Sunday. The Big Red are the only other undefeated team in Ivy matches, standing at 4-0, while all six other Ivy teams all have at least two league losses.
