DiAndre Atwater To Be Featured On NFL Films Presents This Week
December 18, 2013 | Football
All-Ivy League running back DiAndre Atwater, a sophomore who helped Princeton to the 2013 Ivy League championship, will be featured on "NFL Films Presents" this week.
The crew followed both he and brother Stephen Atwater, a Georgetown defensive back, before and during the Sept. 28 game between both teams. Princeton ignited an eight-game win streak with a 50-22 victory that day.
Atwater ranked sixth in the league — fourth among running backs — in rushing with 50.8 yards per game, and he scored a pair of touchdowns for the Ivy League's top rushing offense. He also had a receiving touchdown in the championship-clinching win over Yale, though he suffered an injury that game that left him unavailable to play in the season finale.
