Women?s Basketball?s Smith ?17 to Play in Ukraine with Athletes in Action

Incoming Princeton women's basketball freshman Vanessa Smith is one of eight current and former collegians heading to play in Ukraine with Athletes in Action from June 21-July 3. The squad will play three games, facing the junior and senior national teams and a university team.
The youngest member of the Ukraine trip, this will be the first overseas playing experience for Tiger guard.
With Athletes in Action, a faith-based organization, the group will help run a youth tournament as part of a service component to their trip.
To follow Smith's journey, Athletes in Action will be tweeting and blogging throughout the trip.
