Colina Named CWPA Southern Division Rookie of the Week

Leading the Tigers in scoring for the second straight game, Colina followed up a career-best six-goal effort against Iona on Oct. 25 with five scores on just six shots against the Bison last Saturday. Going 4-0 on sprints, the freshman also nabbed a pair of steals.
In his last three outings, Colina has found the back of the opposing net on 77.8 percent of his shots, pouring in 14 goals against Fordham, Iona and Bucknell. Going 12-0 on sprints during that span, he also collected six steals. Currently leading the team in takeaways (36), he is second on the Tigers in goals (41), while going 52-6 (0.897) on sprints.
Princeton will open play at the 2014 CWPA Southern Division Championship against Gannon University on Friday, Nov. 7.
