Pair of Midweek Twinbills Ahead for Softball in California

In between weekends in the Bay Area, the Princeton softball team will head inland for a pair of doubleheaders Tuesday at Sacramento State and Wednesday at Pacific.
Princeton will close the trip at Santa Clara's tournament over the weekend against the host Broncos as well as Grand Canyon and California.

The Tigers enter with a record of 2-9 and all 19 players on the roster, including all five freshmen, have seen game action. Just two players, rookies Haley Hineman and Marissa Reynolds, have started all 11 games, and all 19 players have made a start. Junior Rachel Rendina leads the team with nine hits on the season, though 14 Tigers have recorded a hit through the team's first 11 games.
