Draw For ECAC Men's Championship Announced, Princeton Set to Begin Saturday

Princeton has drawn the fourth seed at the ECAC Championship, which will get underway Friday at Harvard.
The tournament field includes 10 teams, and the seventh through 10th seeds will open play Friday with the top six seeds starting Saturday. Princeton will begin at 8 a.m. Saturday against Cornell.
The Tigers are off to a 5-0 start for the second straight season, the first time that's happened for the Tigers in back-to-back campaigns since 1975 and '76. A year ago, Princeton's season-opening win streak stopped against Columbia in the ECAC opener, and if the Tigers can get past Cornell, it'll mark the best start for Princeton since a 14-0 start in 1979.
Princeton has competed in the ECAC Championship annually since 1996 except for 2007, and the program won tournament titles in 1996 and 2001. The Tigers last won their ECAC opener in 2013, and the last time Princeton won its first two league matches was 2008, when it went to the final before losing to Penn State.
