Princeton led all afternoon at Maryland, but the Terrapins led at the end and that was all Maryland had to do to hold off a Tiger bid to knock off a second Big Ten team this season. After a leadoff out in the seventh, Maryland got a single, a double and a walk to load the bases. Princeton was able to get a force out at home to stand one out away from holding on for the win, but Maryland's Mandy Gardner drove home two to win the game, 6-5. |
