Miller Named Ivy League Women's Basketball Co-Player of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. – Michelle Miller of the Princeton University women's basketball team has been named the Ivy League Co-Player of the Week after helping the Tigers to a pair of non-conference wins over Marist and Hampton.
Averaging 16.5 points per game, Miller shot 50.0 percent (12-24) from the floor and 53.8 percent (7-13) from three-point range. Pulling down 9.0 rebounds per game, she also dished out 2.0 helpers per contest.
Against Marist, Miller netted a team-high 16 points while grabbing eight boards. Going 6-of-12 from the field, she was 4-of-9 from behind the arc.
On Sunday against Hampton, Miller turned in a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Also picking up a pair of assists, Miller was once again 6-of-12 from the floor while knocking down 3-of-4 three-pointers.
Miller and the Tigers open Ivy play at rival Penn on Saturday, Jan. 9.
