MADISON, Wisc. (10/14/16) - The Princeton men's cross country team competed in both the Invitational and the Open races at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational on Friday, Oct. 14. The Tigers finished 28th in the invitational race and took fourth in the open race.
Freshman Conor Lundy guided the Orange & Black in the Invitational race and finished 19th out of 207 runners. He covered the 8k Thomas Zimmer Cross Country Course in 24:18.8.
"I'm happy with Conor's performance today," head coach Jason Vigilante said. "As a freshman to come into a stacked race like this one here in Wisconsin, and lead the team and finish 19th out over more than 200 runners shows tremendous potential."

Senior captain William Bertrand clocked 26:34.0 and junior Garrett O'Toole was the final scorer posting a time of 26:44.1. Freshman Perrin Hagge and junior Wolfgang Beck finished in the 6-7 spots for the Tigers.
Princeton raced five in the open race and took fourth place with four harriers in the top 25.
