Coach Billy Pate on the match: "Credit to Alabama. They played a strong match start to finish. We had some chances for the doubles point and not getting that point made for a tough assignment. However, we hung in there and gave ourselves a good shot. We just needed a match to turn to give us a bit more momentum. Overall, it was a productive weekend against great competition. We'll get back to work this week in preparation for a homestand with Indiana and Penn State. We've traveled a great deal the last few weeks, so it will be nice for us to be on our home courts against quality opponents." |
