2016-17 Schedule
Ten tournaments from Hawaii to Connecticut are on the 2016-17 schedule for the Princeton men's golf team, which will begin its season Sept. 10.
Duke's Rod Myers Invitational (Sept. 10-11), Northwestern's Windon Memorial (Sept. 25-26), Yale's MacDonald Cup (Oct. 1-2), Georgetown's Hoya Invitational (Oct. 17-18) and Hawai'i's Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational (Oct. 30-Nov. 1) are on the fall slate. The Northwestern, Yale and Georgetown events are regulars for Princeton in the fall, and the Tigers will enter Georgetown's tournament as the defending champions. The Duke and Hawai'i events are new to the schedule, with the Tigers making their first tournament visit to Duke and their first visit to Hawai'i for a tournament since 2006, when Western Kentucky hosted an event at the same Princeville, Kauai course.
The spring schedule will start with the NIT Hosted by Arizona (Feb. 27-28) before time away from competition ahead of spring-semester midterms. To start April, Princeton will head to the home of the 2015 U.S. Open, Chambers Bay in Washington, for Seattle's Redhawk Invitational (Apr. 3-4), followed by the annual Princeton Invitational (Apr. 8-9) and the Ivy League Championship (Apr. 21-23) at The Stanwich Club in Greenwich, Conn., which hosted the Ivy League women's championship last year.
