Princeton Baseball In The Pros: 11 Former Tigers Now Playing Professionally

PRINCETON, N.J. – Danny Hoy '16 signed with the Schaumburg Boomers of the independent Frontier League earlier this week.
In eight at-bats, Hoy has one hit. The outfielder for the Boomers was All-Ivy first team this season as he helped the Tigers to their eighth Ivy League title and 12th NCAA Tournament.

Princeton has had six players, Chris Young '02 (Kansas City Royals), Matt Bowman (St. Louis Cardinals), David Hale '11 (Colorado Rockies), Ross Ohlendorf '05 (Cincinnati Reds), Will Venable (Los Angeles Dodgers) and Danny Barnes (Toronto Blue Jays) reach the majors this year.
