Women's Tennis Team Set to Open ITA Regional at Penn Thursday

Katrine Steffensen, Stephanie Schrage, Tiffany Chen and Clare McKee will represent the Princeton women's tennis team at the ITA Northeast Regional at Penn.

Chen and McKee will be the only Tiger in action Thursday for one round of singles when Chen faces one of the players who emerges from Wednesday's qualifying draw and McKee opens against Laura Diamante of St. Francis (N.Y.). after two rounds of doubles are held beginning at 9 a.m. Steffensen, seeded in the second four, and Schrage, seeded in the second eight, will open play Friday when two rounds of singles are played beginning at 9 a.m.

Saturday will see play open with the round of 16 while Sunday will have the quarterfinals and semifinals of singles after doubles play begins at 10 a.m. The finals will start Monday at 10 a.m.

Princeton last competed in the ITA Regional in 2014 when Steffensen advanced to the second round of singles.
