Walton Tied for Fourth After One Round at Yale

Sophomore Maya Walton, who led Princeton last weekend at the Princeton Invitational, is the top Tiger again after one round Friday at Yale.
Walton was one of three players to land at even par through 18 holes, with Stirling's Hazel McGarvie shooting 3-under 68 to lead Lamar's Elodie Chapelet and Delaware's Isabella Rimton by two strokes.
Stirling, from Scotland, leads the team tote by nine strokes after finishing at +1 with Boston College in second. The Tigers are tied for seventh at +17 with 36 holes to play.
Princeton's scoring five will begin teeing off at 8 a.m. from the 10th hole for Saturday's round. The Tigers' results from Friday are below and complete results are available here.
