Princeton senior Natalie Larkin, a student in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, has earned a place on the CoSIDA Academic All-District 2 team, one of 11 players from a district that includes D.C., Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
The senior has helped anchor a Tiger back line that has limited opponents to just six goals as Princeton rolled up a 14-2 record overall and 6-1 in the Ivy League on the way to its second outright Ivy title and NCAA berth in three years. Princeton will open the NCAAs at home, also for the second time in three years, Friday at 7 against MAAC champion Monmouth. A 2015 Academic All-Ivy League honoree, Larkin earned her fourth straight All-Ivy League honor this week, being named to the second team.
Larkin is the first Tiger to be named Academic All-District since Sarah Peteraf '08 in 2008. For the complete CoSIDA announcement of the team, click here.
