Cornell Defeats Women's Tennis Team in ECAC Finale

The doubles point went the Princeton women's tennis team's way Sunday in the team's final ECAC Championship match, but Cornell roared back to take four singles contests and win the day, 4-2.
Caroline Joyce and Nicole Kalhorn and Clare McKee and Gaby Pollner won at first and third doubles, but the first three singles matches to be decided went Cornell's (3-3) way as the Big Red took a 3-1 lead. Nicole Kalhorn picked up a win at fifth to pull Princeton within 3-2, but Cornell's Marika Cusick provided the clincher for the Big Red at first.
Princeton (4-4) will host Rutgers (2-2) Wednesday at 5 p.m. in Jadwin Gym.
Order of finish: Doubles: 2, 1, 3; Singles: 4, 2, 3, 5, 1
