Donahey Wins Ivy League Rookie of the Week Honor

Princeton freshman Megan Donahey is the Ivy League softball Rookie of the Week after going 6 for 9 at the plate in her first weekend of college softball.
Donahey started Princeton's final three games of the weekend, going 2 for 2 with a triple and a walk against Houston, driving in a run against Wisconsin and going 3 for 4 with an RBI in Princeton's win over Sam Houston State.
Her .667 average was the best on the team as Princeton hit .319 for the four-game weekend. Donahey and the Tigers will be back at it for three games this weekend at Towson, with one Saturday against Morgan State at noon and a doubleheader Sunday beginning at noon against Binghamton and Towson.
