Update: Softball Team's Trip to Towson Cancelled Due to Weather
March 08, 2017 | Softball
The Princeton softball team was due to face Binghamton, Morgan State and Towson this weekend in Maryland, but weather has forced cancellation of the weekend.
Temperatures are forecasted to peak only in the mid to high 30s both Saturday and Sunday in Towson, making field conditions over multiple games questionable.
Instead, the Tigers, who opened their season last weekend in Houston, will wait until March 18 to play again, taking on North Dakota and UC Davis that day as part of a four-game weekend at UC Davis to open the team's 10-game spring trip to California.
