Donahey Honored With Second Ivy Rookie of the Week Recognition

For the second time this season, Megan Donahey has been named an Ivy League Rookie of the Week.
Donahey had hits in all four games on the weekend, going 6 for 13 with four runs scored, an RBI, two walks and four stolen bases. She was also recognized on March 6 after Princeton's first weekend of games.
The honor comes after Princeton split its final Ivy North weekend, being swept at Dartmouth before sweeping Harvard to stand at an Ivy best 6-2 in the league and lead the Ivy South division by one game over Columbia and Penn.Â
It's Princeton's sixth Ivy Player, Pitcher or Rookie of the Week honor this season. Sophomore Kaylee Grant has twice earned the Player honor while senior Marissa Reynolds has been selected for that award once, while senior Erica Nori was named the Ivy Pitcher of the Week on March 20. Princeton had won Ivy Player of the Week recognition each of the last three weeks.
The Tigers will play a single game Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Monmouth before heading to Penn for four between Saturday and Sunday in the return to Ivy League play.
