Women's Golf Team Stands Third After Two Rounds at Georgetown

Trimming 11 shots off their first-round score, the Princeton women's golf team jumped from sixth place after 18 holes to stand third entering Tuesday's final round at the Georgetown Hoya Invitational at the Members Club at Four Streams in Beallsville, Md.
South Florida leads runner-up Yale by nine shots and Princeton by 11. Amber Wang is the top Tiger, standing tied for 11th at +6 with Yale's Jennifer Peng leading the field at -2. Boston University's Adela Cejnarova and Georgetown's Alexa Popowitz are tied for second at even par.Â
Tuesday's play will begin at 9 a.m. on the par-72, 6,127-yard course. Princeton's results from Monday's play are below and complete results can be found here.
