VIDEO: Ivy Champion Football Team Celebrates Ring Ceremony
April 12, 2017 | Football
While the 12 practices this spring were geared towards another championship chase this coming fall, there was one final ceremony left to honor the historic 2016 Ivy League champion Princeton football team.
Following Saturday's Spring Game, members of the championship team joined family, staff, and supporters, to receive their 2016 Ivy League championship rings. For members of the senior class, it was a familiar ceremony — they were part of the 2013 ring ceremony, making it the first Princeton football class to play for two championship teams in 50 years.
You can see a video of the ring ceremony by clicking the play link above.
Once again, GoPrincetonTigers.com will have a full wrap-up of the spring with its annual video series recap with head coach Bob Surace. Check back next week for the first installment of the series.
