Ratcliffe Wins Third ECAC Title

Senior Julia Ratcliffe won her third ECAC hammer throw title, the lone women's event on Saturday after weather forced the rescheduling of all track events to Sunday.
Ratcliffe threw 62.17 (204) on her second attempt to earn her third ECAC hammer title, after also winning in 2015 and 2014. Junior Kennedy O'Dell made the final and finished ninth with a throw of 53.49 (175-6). Freshman Ellen Scott-Young was two places back at 11th with a 52.39 (171-10).
On Sunday, senior Allison Harris finished third in the pole vault. She and two others all cleared 3.94 (12-11) but based on attempts she took third.
Sophomore Kerri Davidson took ninth in the triple jump. She reached 11. 80 (38-8.75) on her third attempt.
Princeton awaits the announcement of the NCAA East Regional qualifiers, which will be made by the NCAA on Thursday, May 18.
